Lovely updated, charming, two bedroom, two bathroom Sanibel vacation condo. Spacious, updated, bright and comfortable with all the amenities you will need to enjoy a great vacation. The open living room features a flat screen TV, a classy coastal décor and a sofa sleeper with a queen air mattress. The kitchen features a solid granite backsplash, granite counters, modern cabinets, updated appliances, a breakfast bar and an open layout. The small den off of the kitchen has two comfortable leather recliners and a flat screen TV, the perfect spot to relax and watch your favorite movie. The large screen and glass enclosed lanai has beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom enjoys a king size bed, a walk in closet and coastal décor. The master bathroom has a tile shower and granite countertop. The guest bedroom features two twin beds, a large closet and bright décor. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination and granite countertop.
Guests return year after year to enjoy not only the interior quality but the large beach side heated pool, beautiful tropical landscape, tennis courts, elevators and under building parking.
