About this home
Enjoy your Sanibel Island vacation overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and white sand beach while relaxing in this comfortable, clean two-bedroom, two-bath condo. Lounge by the heated pool; play tennis or pickleball, as well as shuffleboard or horseshoes; and find seashells, build sandcastles, and walk along the wide sandy beach.
Indoors, you will find everything you need for a cool, relaxing stay after spending the day at the beach or the pool. The full kitchen has stainless appliances, a large breakfast bar, and everything you need to create a meal. The open dining area seats six at the glass table, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. Sink into the comfortable sofas in the living area as you watch the waves or the flat-screen television with satellite channels. Wifi is included for Zoom calls or internet surfing. Dine alfresco on the oceanfront lanai while enjoying the sights and sounds of the water. The comfortable master bedroom has amazing ocean views, a king bed, flat-screen television, and ensuite full bath. The master bathroom features a large counter for toiletries and a newly tiled and pebble shower. Your family or guests will be very happy with the guest bedroom featuring two double beds. The guest bathroom also has a large counter and tiled and pebble shower.
This is a small complex with only 21 units right on the beach. On three sides, it’s surrounded by palms and tropical vegetation, opening to the sparkling white sand beach and the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. It’s close to shopping, restaurants, the bike path, and Tiki bars.
