This gorgeous home on Sanibel's quiet West end very close to the beach with easy access (only a 5 minute walk) and has everything to make your vacation a lasting memory! This contemporary home is located on a canal that leads to the Gulf of Mexico. You can enjoy sitting on the dock fishing or watching dolphins and manatees, also rent a kayak and enjoy Sanibel's wide variety of birds roosting in the mangrove trees. This home is within a 5 minute walk to 3 great restaurants, Mad Hatter, Lazy Flamingo, and Sunset Grill, as well as a marina and a convenience mart with specialty shopping. This home is great for boating, fishing, tropical beaches, shelling and golf. Also close to the world-famous Ding Darling Wildlife refuge.
You can also enjoy a beach and get "sandbeweenyourtoes" without leaving your yard! This home features a beautiful pool with an extended shallow end and its own sandy beach area as well as a cabana with bathroom, tropical landscaping, screened lanai, open deck and a ground level area with ping pong.

The master bedroom has a king bed and a bathroom with 2 sinks and a walk-in shower. There are 3 additional bedrooms, one including a desk. Two additional baths have walk-in showers. The top-story cupola room has a twin trundle, and windows to the world! Views beyond compare!
