About this home
If you want to be super close to our Islands sparkeling water way then you cant get much closer than this. A truly beautiful 3 bedrooms 3 bathroom Sanibel Island vacation home tucked along the West end of the Island on a private tree-lined street directly. This ground level home features a fully equipped kitchen and updated bathrooms with beautiful travertine tile floors. The sunroom overlooking the canal offers great views and privacy.
The ground level island retreat welcomes you with a soothing water fountain feature and lush tropical vegetation giving you plenty of privacy for your island oasis. Conveniently located on a canal which is a short ride out to the open waters of Roosevelt Channel, The Gulf of Mexico or the Intercoastal Waterway. Bikes and a kayak are available on property for your enjoyment as well as exploring the islands.
The custom kitchen has been re done and now opens up to the enclosed sunroom area providing additional living space and dining room area. The wall of windows welcomes the sunshine for a bright open feel of island living. This sunroom area opens up to a large screened porch area all overlooking the canal. Free Wifi and cable with Smart TV are provided for your convenience in the open living room. Additional TVs are provided in all bedrooms.
The master bedroom features a king bed and en suite bathroom featuring a large shower. You will enjoy the sliders to the screened-in porch area and a waterfront view of the canal. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom features a queen bed and access to the full bathroom with tub/shower combination. A kayak and 4 bikes are available for guests to use to enjoy the beauty and nature of the island. This home is one of our best-kept secrets.
