This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, is just off West Gulf Drive. The house is a hidden gem with beautiful lake views and private pool. Outdoor shower and shelling station were recently added.
This vacation home has been renovated with new floors, paint throughout, new appliances and furniture. The bright and open family room features vaulted ceilings and a wall of bookshelf with games and reading material. Serene views from the master bedroom have a king bed, king-sized guest bedroom, both providing lanai access. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The living area sofa is a queen-sized sleeper. Pantry off the kitchen offers more storage and wine fridge.
Sanibel is a sanctuary island for wildlife, including alligators. There is a lake behind the house with a resident alligator. Please be careful when enjoying the yard for yourself, your children and your pet. Never leave your pet outside unattended.
