Our goal is simple: To ensure that you enjoy a seamless and enjoyable vacation experience, and hopefully return year after year. When you check in should you need assistance with housekeeping, service, or just recommendations for dining options, our dedicated team is just a phone call away! This magnificent estate is spread over vast acres of lush Santa Barbara land and five super private, exclusive dwellings are tucked away. This particular property comprises two 2 guest houses with their toll pool casitas. The Guest Villas are situated within 14 acres with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, Channel Islands, Organic Orchards, Vineyards, and beautiful mountainside. With a vantage point looking out to Santa Barbara – very close to the town and the beach but far enough away to relax in this little piece of heaven. The Guest Villas offer two 1- bedroom guest houses, and two poolside casitas that can sleep up to 14 guests in total. The first villa is a one-bedroom with a king bed, 2 queen sofa sleepers, and a full bathroom. The villa on the left has one bedroom with a king bed, 1 queen sofa sleeper, a fireplace, and a full bath with a soaking tub. Each poolside casita has one queen bed. Outside your private resort is a large bar with a flat-screen T.V., Sonos surround sound, two gas fire pits, a horseshoe pit, ping pong, and cornhole anchored by your private pool and jacuzzi. This beautifully furnished retreat enjoys hotel-quality linens, blankets, pillows, towels, pool towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. We are a green-run ranch with 2 working wells and organic orchards, and the whole property is run on solar power. The estate is the perfect hideaway to enjoy privacy and is great for groups wanting separate sleeping residences. Both of the guesthouses and both of the pool casitas surround the pool and are in very close proximity to each other. The estate is only rented to one party at a time so you’re never sharing your space with other guests. Daily
