Presenting this 5BR/5BA beachside getaway. Located at the historic Old Yacht Club Inn complex, this freestanding Craftsman home is perfect for groups. Relax in three private outdoor areas or unwind in the shared courtyard. Situated near picturesque East Beach, enjoy quick access to the sand, as well as oceanfront dining and the palm-lined bike path that stretches along the Pacific.
Relax on a leather sofa, two chairs, and a built-in banquette next to the gas fireplace in the living room. Play the antique piano or watch the flat-screen TV.
The spacious kitchen features a brand-new freezer and industrial-size fridge and a four-burner gas range with griddle. Other helpful appliances include a dishwasher, blender, toaster oven, and microwave, plus a fully stocked set of cookware.
This two-level home has five bedrooms that sleep 10 guests. Stretch out on a California king bed in the master bedroom, complete with an electric fireplace. French doors lead to a private patio. The en-suite bath has a walk-in shower.
