We recently visited Montecito Village and with our hand on our heart, this Hollywood style retreat is everything it appears and then some. This classy contemporary hillside estate boasts a unique spacious charm and offers the ultimate in fabulous views of the Pacific and Santa Barbara below. Enjoy the ultimate, private upscale setting while being a few minutes drive to our world-class beaches and Montecito and Santa Barbara dining.
The impressive soaring ceilings, wall to wall windows and doors invite in the California sunshine and coastal breezes. The Living Room enjoys comfortable yet contemporary furnishings and a tasteful array of art and collectible items.
The large gourmet Kitchenis fully equipped and boasts a Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, and cabinets of stainless steel and etched glass. Connecting patios on the north side of the home face the mountain views and formal outdoor dining patio and seating are perfect for entertaining California style.
The primary Master bedroom Suite is large in scale, with a richly colored Mahogany sleigh bed offering more traditional style in contrast to the contemporary design. Sliding doors lead to a private Patio with mountain views and access to the Dining Patios.
The grand Master Bathroom is spa quality with an oval soaking tub in front of floor to ceiling windows is the focal point of this amazing room. A dry sauna, his and her vanities, and large glass shower with drenching rain shower head complete the luxury appointments. A romantic balcony is perfect for those mornings.
