About this home
This 3BR/2BA house is located in the heart of Montecito, a short drive from the breathtaking Butterfly Beach or to downtown Santa Barbara, making it an ideal rental for anyone who values privacy, yet wants to experience the area.
A well-designed living space connects two family rooms, a dining room, and the kitchen, all with exquisite hardwood floors. The living room has a 55” smart 3D TV with a Blu-ray player, comfortable seating, and a large sliding glass door leading to the back patio. The second living room shares a brick fireplace with the first and includes a tranquil lounge space.
The fully-equipped kitchen has polished granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, two ovens, and a bar overlooking the dining area.
The enormous master bedroom has a king bed, 40” flat-screen TV, and a newly remodeled bathroom with a marble double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. Two spacious guest bedrooms with queen beds are located off of the dining room, along with a full bathroom that has a walk-in shower.
Kick your feet up under the covered patio, or grill for your guests and dine outside in the beautifully landscaped backyard.
