This exceptional Montecito retreat is nestled along a private road offering a private setting yet just 1.5 miles to the charm of Montecito village. Boasting almost 4,000 sq ft of luxury living space and all beautifully appointed and decorated. The elegance is understated and very comfortable. This home enjoys to master bedroom suites with king beds and the two guest rooms each have queen-sized beds, en-suite baths, and small closets.
Guests will appreciate the entertaining options this home provides. Play a game of pool in the family room that also comes with an electronic dart board and a large 3D plasma TV and media system. There are two wood burning fireplaces, one in the family room and one in the living room.
