Just five miles from Santa Barbara proper. A rare opportunity ocean views anchor this bright, open 3BR/2BA vacation rental in a prime Summerland location. Everything about this home is magnificent, The living room views are breathtaking and even enjoys a romantic fireplace, The king-sized master bedroom is as romantic as it is comfortable again with shimmering Pacific Ocean views. In terms of beach access this is the best you will find as Summerland beach is a mere 10 min walk away and a h. A 5-minute walk will bring you to our little down town area with lovely cafes, dining and shopping.
Hardwood floors and dramatic ceilings along with a gleaming, fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you will need to cook and entertain during your stay.
In door or outdoor patio dining is available and in the evening gather around the fire pit out on the deck.
The home’s three bedrooms include an ocean-view master with a king bed and two other bedrooms, the second guest room has a queen bed, while the third bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds.
Two full bathrooms, one with a shower/tub combination and the other with a walk-in shower keeps mornings from getting hectic.
