With an array of indoor and outdoor spaces for you to relax in this Santa Barbara home has it all A charming, remodeled historic house with a beautiful front porch swing and comfy chairs, which make the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee. The front of the property is framed by blood orange trees, lemon trees, and climbing roses which add to the tranquil ambiance.
Enjoy high ceilings, tall bay windows, a gas fireplace, plush furnishings and cable TV. This room is perfect to gather the family around and unwind. Adjacent to the living room is a formal Dining Room, which makes the perfect room for everyone to gather around. This room has a beautiful gas fireplace, perfect for a formal dinner or any meal.
The fully equipped kitchen is as functional as it is entertaining. Both Bathrooms at this property have been completely remodeled. One of the bathrooms includes fresh marble tiles, dual sinks, and a tub to soak in.
This home is equipped with newer washers and dryers. The Master Bedroom and two additional Bedrooms. The front bedroom has bright bay windows with beautiful drapery, a queen bed, and a desk.
