Recently remodeled, 3 bedroom/2 bathroom single family home with amazing outdoor entertaining space!
This mid-century modern home offers plenty of living space in a convenient location on the Mesa that is just minutes from the beach, Santa Barbara City College, and the unique Mesa shops and restaurants. Guests will feel immediately at home in this sunny, open living space with a cozy fireplace and flat-screen television for relaxing at home. The adjacent kitchen/dining area seats up to six guests at the central table and additional space for two at the counter. The newly renovated kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessary culinary items and offers plenty of counter space for meal prep, beautiful cabinetry and glass tile work, and all new stainless steel appliances.
The three bedrooms offer sleeping accommodations for up to 7 guests. The large master bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen television and plenty of closet space for a long term stay. The en suite bathroom has been completely remodeled with a beautiful walk-in shower and double sink. The second guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed plus and additional twin size sofa sleeper for the occasional guest. The third bedroom also functions as a media room with a queen-size sofa sleeper. The two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with a double sink and tub/shower.
One of the key features of this charming home is the outdoor entertaining space. This backyard is fully equipped for a day of fun with a built-in barbeque, outdoor kitchen, swim spa/hot tub, fire pit, bar area, outdoor table, and bocce ball court.
