Stunning and amazing Santa Barbara’s luxury home. Enjoy views of a fabulous coastline, extending from Shoreline Park around to the harbor! This single-story Santa Barbara villa is tucked away along a bluff with an incredible view of the Channel Islands, as well as the Santa Barbara Harbor and beyond. The fully fenced garden, coupled with a spacious living room and lanai, makes this a very attractive family destination.
The house has four bedrooms, including three with queen beds, and one with two twins. Relax in the hot tub on the lanai that has a locking cover for safety, outdoor heating, and a lovely sheltered garden for entertaining.
You’ll find the Beach Boardwalk and the Cabrillo Bike Path right across the street, easily reached by the beach access path one house away.
