If sitting around isn’t your thing, challenge friends and family to a friendly game of Bocce Ball on the private court! With these great options outside, let’s not forget that Montecito’s Lower Village and the beach is just a short walk or drive away!
The interior of this rental is definitely something to behold and promises to excite with its peaceful and inviting atmosphere. With an extremely open and inviting layout, the home has a fun flow! The villa is an architectural masterpiece with apparent attention to detail in its construction and design. With high ceilings, custom windows, and beautiful Brazilian hardwood floors this home would make anyone more than pleased with their stay.
An open Dining Room is in the center space of the Great Room, with a Gourmet Kitchen to the left. and the Living Room to the right. You’ll have enough seating to comfortably seat 6 at the Dining Room table. Utilize this fully equipped kitchen to whip up a family dinner while others in your group enjoy the Living Room, which features a large flat-screen TV.
The Master Bedroom makes up almost the entirety of the upstairs area with an open office space located at the top of the landing. Two guest bedrooms are downstairs: with one featuring access to the front courtyard. A full bathroom is situated between these two bedrooms, as well as a powder room close by for ease. Another full bathroom is located off of the laundry room, so no fighting for shower and bathroom time!
