About this home
This magnificent luxury vacation home is tucked away on a large 3.79 Acre lot with exceptional landscaping, beautiful gardens, mature Magnolia Orange and lemon trees. The view from the back garden showcases both the Pacific and the Channel Islands.An elegant yet coastal comfortable living room is anchored by a custom fireplace, two plush sofas, two club chairs, and a flat screen TV. Massive French doors lead out to a groomed English style garden with a fountain, a magnolia tree and seating for up to 10 guests.
The gourmet kitchen has an open light, bright feel and and top of the line appliances. The six-burner gas cooktop comes complete with a grill, as well as a double oven. There is a butler pantry leading to the dining room that makes entertaining a breeze. Keeping with the English elegance you will find a cozy tea room offering views of the ocean, and a library with a fireplace next to the formal living room with grand piano.
The backyard has several patio seating options. You have shaded covered areas and open areas to soak in the sun. There are steps leading down to a large grassy area. Away from the home is a large rectangular heated pool with an automatic pool cover. The hot tub is located under the gazebo next to the pool.
A magnificent Montecito location. Only 1.5 miles from the lower village, 2 miles to butterfly beach, less than 1 mile to cold springs trail and a quick drive to downtown Santa Barbara.
