Excellent vacation rental home on the Westside of Santa Barbara.
Upon entering the home, the Living Room invites guests to enjoy warm sunshine streaming through. The adjacent Family Room features a sectional for plenty of space for the family to enjoy gathering around for a fun filled movie night.
Separating the Living Room and Family Room is the Kitchen and Dining Area, with all the right tools and appliances . The bright Kitchen is well equipped and a delight in which to create. Seating for 6 at the dining table, along with 2 barstools ensures there is plenty of room for everyone. Al fresco dining is offered on the back porch under the shade and surrounded with beautiful landscaping and a lemon tree.
The true treasure of the home is the large balcony, perched high enough to get a view of the Mountains in the distance. Here, guests can relax and unwind in the evenings with a glass of wine.
