This adobe walled property boasts a wonderful curb appeal tucked away in a street lined with majestic Canary Island Palms, with beach stairs just 1 1/2 blocks away. For a real Santa Barbara location it doesn't get better than this.
Magnificent French doors open out offering peek-a-boo views of the pacific ocean. The Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, and Outdoor Dining Patio offer amazing family gathering spaces and are beautifully and tastefully decorated. An outdoor ping-pong table is set up and a selection of Cruiser bikes with helmets, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and boogie boards,are available for your use.
The heated splash pool is perfect for a cool dip and when the sun sets take a deep soak in the relaxing spa beautifully lit enhancing and sending a warm glow though the grounds.
