About this home
This magnificent residence features hardwood floors throughout, magnificent mountain views, and copious amounts of usable outdoor space. Perched on a hill looking down to Santa Barbara this luxury home boasts of 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a pool, hot tub, ping pong table, and plenty of space to live and work.
The updated kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need for dining and entertaining during your visit.Views of the impeccably maintained grounds can be enjoyed when enjoying a meal at the eat-in island, or in the adjacent dining room. The living room (not pictured) boasts upscale furnishings chairs, anchored by a custom fireplace-and there is a separate TV room featuring a large TV and plush seating. Also on the first floor is the home office and a bedroom. The home office is large enough for two separate workstations, perfect for remote learning or working! The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, closet, and ensuite bathroom.
On the second floor, you will find the other three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master (primary) bedroom features a California King sized bed, TV, and two separate private balconies to watch the sunrise and sunset from. The master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower, dual vanities, and a walk-in closet with plenty of storage space. Also on the second level is another bedroom with a queen-sized bed, desk, and ensuite bathroom. For the youngsters and/ or visitors in your group, there is a fourth and final bedroom featuring two twin bunk beds and a pull-out trundle. This room also has an ensuite bathroom.
Guests can play ping pong on the deck, go for a swim in the pool, or take a soak in the hot tub. There is also fitness equipment for guests use. A BBQ on the grill will round out the day nicely.
Though this home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, it is very accessible to all Santa Barbara and the beach is just a quick 10 minute drive from the home, and there are copious amounts of hiking and biking trails nearby as well.
