Welcome to the Twin Lakes Beach House located across the street from the beach in the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor. This is one beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with beautiful natural light and a large hot tub upstairs off one of the bedrooms. The entrance contains a brick courtyard perfect for cocktails, bar-b-cues, and relaxing dinners outside. Twin Lakes beach is perfect for bonfires at night with friends
The Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor brings endless activities for your family & friends to enjoy making for an unforgettable beach vacation. This little piece of paradise is just steps away from Twin Lakes Beach, one of the most popular beaches in Santa Cruz, featuring beach volleyball nets, bonfire pits, and is home to "The Crows Nest" restaurant offering fresh seafood daily. During the summer months the "The Crows Nest" hosts the most epic beach parties on Thursday evenings with fun & funky live entertainment, beach dancing, an outdoor bar, and tasty BBQ. Take a first class cruise through Monterey Bay aboard the Chardonnay's Charters 70-foot sailing yacht as you take in the beauty of our perpetual coastlines and experience the exhilaration of sailing.
