This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers absolute privacy, with the lush mature landscaping and location!
Only 1.4 miles away from the white sandy beaches of Siesta Key, where you can enjoy the Florida sunshine all day long. Just 2 miles from Siesta Key Village, where you will find restaurants and boutiques in abundance.
Upon entering the home, you will find a lovely indoor/outdoor atmosphere. There is a large tile walkway to the front door that offers outdoor seating for six. The large window opens from the kitchen to the outdoor space, allowing you to enjoy the easy accessibility of entertaining.
The living room has two plush couches and is the perfect area for you and your loved ones to relax after a long day of adventures. The large wooden dining table can accommodate up to six comfortably and is the perfect place to enjoy a meal with your loved ones. Adjacent is the kitchen that includes barstool seating, granite countertops, and all stainless-steel appliances. There is a breakfast table that can accommodate up to four. The formal living room has a stunning decorative brick fireplace, a large leather couch, and an adjoining day chair.
