About this home
Presenting this three-bedroom, two-bathroom ranch style home ideal for your next winter getaway. Apple TV and comfortable furnishings as well as a fully equipped kitchen enjoys quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Floor to ceiling sliding doors overlooking the inviting pool and outdoor patio area. Travel down the hallway to the two guest bedrooms and shared guest bathroom. The master bedroom and bathroom are situated on the opposite side of the home with direct pool access and a more private location.
While the inside of the home is delightful its the outdoor pool area that is the heart of the home. Complete with a "sunken lounge" area. A special Sarasota home super close to Phillippi Farmhouse Market. This local-favorite market event occurs every Wednesday during the months of October thru April (weather permitting) and allows you to sample all the best local fares and organic foods and specialities.
