About this home
This delightful 2-bedroom, 2-bath one-story villa boasts boasts a coastal modern décor and is nestled within a truly tranquil atmosphere. This vacation villa is located just a 5-minute drive to world famous Siesta Key Beach.
Located in a upscale community and just a stroll from the villa, you will find the clubhouse area that offers a pool table, large heated pool, heated spa, plenty of chaise lounge chairs to enjoy the sun, two tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, a putting green, and a beautiful resort-style natural setting of 25 acres for you to enjoy. It’s not unusual to see herons or other wildlife on the sides of the two lakes on the property. Spend the day with your family at the pool and clubhouse, and BBQ dinner on the charcoal and gas grills available.
Upon entering the villa, you will find a bright and airy split-level floor plan. The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with all stainless-steel appliances, gorgeous countertops, and stunning cabinetry. The dining table has seating for up to four people. Adjacent is the spacious living room with three plush couches (one is a pull-out couch with a full-size mattress), an adjoining day chair, a 65” Smart TV, and a home office to set up for your next zoom meeting!
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and glass doors that will lead out to the lanai. The bathroom has a large walk-in closet and dual vanity with a shower/tub combo with a detachable shower-head. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds, a Smart TV, and plenty of closet space. The lanai is the perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, with two outdoor seating areas. There is a bistro table that can accommodate up to two comfortably and a couch with two adjoining chairs.
