Simply delightful gulf side two bedroom, two bathroom vacation condo has been completely remodelled with new furnishings and a new kitchen and bathroom . This beautifully decorated residence offers a great beach to bay location on sunny Siesta Key. Now enjoying 3 large screen TV's in the living room and each of the bedrooms and free Wi-Fi! Bedrooms: King size bed in one bedroom and 2 double beds in second bedroom means this condo sleeps 6 comfortably. Both bedrooms have big screen TV's. (please note bed sizes can change to check at time of booking). Bathrooms: Bathrooms beautifully renovated in November 2015. Main bathroom has shower/tub combo while ensuite has a walk-in shower. Kitchen: Kitchen has been remodeled and enjoys recently added countertops, backsplash, cabinet facings and lighting and features new refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker, along with a stove, microwave, toaster, toaster oven and coffee maker. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need for dining and entertaining during your visit. Living Room: The living room and dining are blends seamlessly and is open, bright and airy. The large flat screen TV network channels, HBO, ESPN, MLB along with several other specialty channels). Balcony: A screened balcony with table and chairs lets you enjoy your morning coffee or evening refreshment. Beach Access: The beautiful and award winning Siesta Key beach is a 2 minute walk down the cobblestone walkway . Bayside: If you choose, you can walk across Midnight Pass Road to enjoy the pool and hot tub on the intracoastal waters and watch the boats go by. Or bring along your gear and fish from the pier. Amenities: Amenities include two swimming pools heated at 84 degrees, an outdoor spa at 104 degrees, two lighted tennis courts with available options for Pickleball play, a boat dock with a fishing pier, serene views of the beautiful bay and even occasional manatee sightings! Location to Siesta Key Village: Siesta Key Village is a short drive away where you can enjoy great food and drinks, grab your souvenirs from the many specialty shops, and just people watch.
