The master bedroom has a beautiful king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV and the guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a 42" flat screen TV. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The living room boasts a 50” flat screen smart television with FIOS HD TV service. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, both with granite counter tops. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffeemaker and a Keruig coffee machine. The condo has tiles throughout. The patio is incorporated with the living room and has sliding windows that allows you to enjoy the lovely coastal breezes.
