Property Features
This second floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with one queen size beds and one full size bed with a 32" flat screen TV. There is a king sized bed in the guest bedroom with a 32" flat screen TV. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room with a build in electric inflatable mattress with a 55" flat screen Smart TV with HD TV service for your enjoyment. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The lovely spacious kitchen has granite counter tops and plenty of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a coffee maker plus a Keurig coffee machine . There is beautiful tile throughout the unit, with laminate flooring in the bedrooms. The comfortably furnished screened- in patio allows you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.
