About this home
This second floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium, sleeps 6, is located on the Bay side of our property.
The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach.
King bed, and the guest bedroom has two full size beds and there is a queen sofa bed in the living room. Both the master and guest bathrooms have tub/shower combinations.
Kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker.
There is tile throughout with carpeting in the bedrooms.
2 swimming pools, an outdoor spa, two lighted tennis courts with available options for Pickle Ball play, a boat dock with a fishing pier, charcoal barbeque grills which can be reserved for your family, and serene views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
Complimentary, secure wireless internet, and washer and dryer facilities located in common areas throughout the property.
Our complex is located at the 'heart' of Siesta Key's Crescent Beach, and has its own private beach access. Lounge chairs and seating are provided at both pools and the beach. We even provide the towels! The complex is just 1.5 miles south of The Village
