Presenting this Penthouse Condo that enjoys the most amazing direct Beachfront views! Due to the expansive panoramic views this condo is one of the most requested by returning guests. The view of Crescent Beach, with its white sugar sand and beautiful blue-green waters, is nothing short of fabulous. The complex sits closer to the water than any other on the beach, and the break of the surf can be heard out on the expansive lanai and inside the unit. The skyline of beautiful Sarasota is also part of the panoramic view. The private beach offers complimentary lounge chairs as well as the heated, ocean-front pool.
This newly remodeled condo enjoys ceramic tile throughout, granite countertops, crown molding, new kitchen and baths, high end furnishings, and an open floor plan with a floor to ceiling mirror in the living room.
