About this home
We're delighted to introduce this beautifully renovated coastal-themed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Casita, just a 4-minute stroll from the #1 beach in the USA. The bedrooms are tastefully appointed, with a King bed and en-suite in the master, 2 XL twins with a jack and jill bathroom in the guest bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper, all boasting brand-new mattresses.
This Casita features its own brand-new, semi-private heated plunge pool, shared with the adjacent Casita when booked separately, complete with a sun shelf and sitting bench.
The owners spared no expense, providing quality linens and towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and new wall-mounted TVs in each room. Ample indoor and outdoor seating allows for relaxation while enjoying your vacation. Private assigned parking for up to 2 vehicles is included, along with beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach cart.
The lush tropical landscaping is illuminated at night for a magical ambiance, and private porches and outdoor seating areas are perfect for dining al fresco. For added convenience, there's a private washer and dryer, as well as a propane BBQ grill for outdoor cooking enthusiasts.
This property does NOT allow parties/celebrations of any nature; bachelorette, bachelor, wedding, birthday, etc.
NO boats, boat trailers or RV's allowed on property. Also, no glassware in or on the pool deck. We provide plastic ware for the pool area.
Please note that the pool and BBQ grill are shared between the two Casitas.
