This exceptional condo on Crescent Beach offers a nicely decorated condo is with two bedrooms, two baths. Relax on your sofa and watch sports on the new 55" TV. High Definition channels and On Demand are included on this TV. Without moving, you can look out onto the pool, beach, and ocean. Condo has its own modem for better internet connections.

Located on the Gulf Coast of sunny Florida, ideally situated on 13 acres of beachfront property in the center of Siesta Key's Crescent Beach - judged 'The World's Finest and Whitest' beach - on the Gulf of Mexico. Made from 99% pure quartz, the sand has a soft, flour-like texture and is cool to the touch.

Guests will enjoy our two spacious heated swimming pools. One is conveniently located in the courtyard area with easy access from all of the buildings and the other is on the beach, overlooking the azure blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

We also feature a fitness center and four, on property tennis courts: two clay tennis courts and two Lackold tennis courts. We offer tennis programs, lessons, and summer camps through our association with 'Total Tennis.' Another popular characteristic is our beachside barbecue grill and picnic area - it doesn't get any better than cooking, eating, and playing on the beach!

Take a Tennis lesson on site, rent a boat and cruise the Intercostal, swim in the ocean or heated pool, relax in the lounge chairs on the cool white sand, walk the beach, or just people and dolphin watch. Have a daiquiri at The Daiquiri Deck, dance at the Beach Club, or dine at one of the spectacular restaurants...all in nearby Siesta Village.

Visit downtown Sarasota. You will experience the big city sophistication without the big city rush. Sarasota prides itself on its small-town feeling, laid-back mood, and casual atmosphere - it's a locally known reality that you can go just about anywhere in your flip-flops! There is so much to see and do in the Sarasota area - both indoors and out: Get a glimpse of history in one of the local highly regarded museums, meander your way through the lush Selby gardens, cohabitate with Florida's wildlife in our parks and waterways, get an underwater view at the Mote Marine Aquarium or catch a show at one of the many performing arts venues.

Golf at one of the 40 golf courses located within 15 minutes on the condo. Take a day trip to Orlando to visit Mickey Mouse, Swim with the dolphins at Discover Cove, enjoy the rides at Universal, or visit the premier marine park at Sea World.
