About this home
This unit is fully equipped with all of the amenities of home. It offers private, secure FIOS Internet service throughout. It also has significant upgrades which include: stainless appliances and wood cabinets in the kitchen, solid granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, and beautiful wood-look tile floors in the main living areas. You will not mind washing dishes in this kitchen with the view of the Gulf!
The dining area features a solid wood table with seating for six on gorgeous sea-grass dining chairs. The granite kitchen counter pass through offers additional seating for three. From the dining room, the sliding glass doors open onto the covered balcony. Enjoy your meals on the balcony dining table with seating for four while enjoying the view of the beach and a Siesta Key sunset.
The living room has a large, hi-definition flat-screen television with DVR. The sectional couch offers plenty of seating for the whole family.
The spacious master bedroom offers a king size bed and it's own flat-screen TV. The sliding glass doors lead directly onto the balcony and a view that will take your breath away. The en suite bathroom has new tile throughout and a tub/shower.
The guest bedroom offers two full size beds and it's own flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom has new tile throughout and a tub/shower.
This is beautifully maintained and is a very clean and friendly complex. There are three heated, fresh water pools; the beachfront pool is just around the corner from the elevator! There is a laundry room in our building on the first floor for the convenience of our guests. Two gas grills on property give you the opportunity to cook out in our beautiful Florida weather. Grill your meal beachside, and then enjoy it in our private beach area under one of the Tiki huts! Lounge chairs are also provided in this private beach area.
