Three 2BR units, two units are side by side, and the 3rd is directly across the pool. Enviable location on quiet street, with heated Pool, not just near the beach, but also only 250ft to the world famous Siesta Key Village.
Secluded street in the heart of Siesta Key's world famous Village. Just a short walk to two of the best beaches and only 250 feet to all the best of the Village. One of only four units in this building. The beaches at this location are the widest and have panoramic views of the gulf to the North-West-and-South and we like to say the top spot in North America for viewing sunsets. You can swim or “often” wade to Sand Dollar Island, a naturally occurring white sand cay popular with dolphin’s sand-dollars and “occasionally” giant-conch. The water is shallow clear and calm with white quartz-sand tide-pools perfect for sleeping drinking or playing. This Siesta neighborhood allows you to go from the water to lunch or dinner and back to the sand without putting on your shirt and shoes.
