This single-story vacation residence enjoys a heated, outdoor pool surrounded by palm trees and lush foliage. The enclosed space has multiple lounge areas, including a private cabana and two pergolas with outdoor dining tables. The fully equipped kitchen opens up to the patio with a gas grill for the best of two worlds. Of course, there are all the amenities of beach living, including beach towels, portable chairs, and other essentials like toys and floaties. Central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, cable, and WiFi are also provided at this small-dog-friendly property.
On the same property, above the garage, is a 900 square foot guest house with its own kitchen, washer/dryer, and elevated deck. Like the house, the apartment is updated and spectacular!
