Enclosed within a gated/walled outdoor sanctuary adorned with lush foliage, palm trees, multiple lounge areas, a sun deck, and two shaded pergolas.

Original pecky cypress wood walls grace the living room and other spaces, complementing the three bedrooms and four full baths. The living room, adorned with a U-shaped sectional, provides the ideal setting to unwind or engage in games. The updated kitchen, well-equipped for culinary adventures, beckons for beach picnics or boating excursions.

Dining options abound, whether indoors next to the kitchen, alfresco through French doors, or poolside. Grilling is a breeze with the provided gas grill. Three bedrooms, including an oversized main bedroom with a King size bed and remodeled ensuite bathroom, ensure ample space. The "pool bedroom" offers direct access to the pool, while the charming third bedroom features a full-size bed with an ensuite bathroom.

An open space between the kitchen and bedrooms features a trundle daybed that transforms into a full-size bed, complemented by a remodeled full-size bathroom with a deep tub and shower combination.
