This renovated 2 bedroom, 2 baths bayside villa is just steps from our bayside park. One of the few units with a screened lanai where you can enjoy a view of the bay! There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the guest room. The unit is also equipped with Internet access, a washer/dryer, and an updated, timeless kitchen. Maximum occupancy - 4 An attached carport provides covered parking. You are only steps to the park where you can relax and watch the boats sail by, or toss a line into the Bay; see if you can catch dinner!! Cross the street and you have access to 2 pools, Jacuzzi, and a beautiful white sand beach! The complex is located near shopping and many local eateries!
