This magnificent 3-level Siesta Key luxury vacation home enjoys six Bedrooms each with an en suite spa quality bathroom. ideally located 1/2 Block from Siesta Key Beach and is directly across the street from Siesta Key Village - less than a 1-minute walk away. Walk to everything Siesta Key has to offer from this magnificent home away from home. The 3rd level balcony has access via a spiral staircase to an oversized, Roof Top Deck with some of the best views of Siesta Key Beach, the Gulf of Mexico, Siesta Key Village, Lido Key, and the Downtown Sarasota skyline. The multiple Balconies and patios offer great outdoor spaces and the private heated pool area is five star. This amazing pool features a Waterfall, Ceiling Mounted Rain Curtain, Sun Shelf, Large Hot Tub, and huge covered patio space and bar area! Let's talk about that Covered Patio Space! It features a true Pool Bar with a Drink Station and a Built-in Cooler and plenty of seating for everyone! The bar enjoys a TV, and thankfully this patio area has 2 large Flatscreen TVs. You'll never miss a second of the game. You'll also find additional seating, dining, and gaming areas including Ping Pong. It is the perfect vacation home for you and your family! Just down the hall from the Great Room, there is a Washer/Dryer and a 1/2 bathroom for your convenience. You'll also find 2 bedrooms on this floor, each with King Beds and En Suite Baths (Vanity and Walk-In Showers).
You'll find 4 Bedrooms, 3 of those are King Bedrooms each with En Suite Bathrooms and 2 have Balcony Access. The 4th bedroom is the home's Bunk Room. It features 2 Full over Full Sized Bunk Beds that are side by side and share a ladder in the middle. There is plenty of seating and a small TV and gaming area that your children will love! This bunk room has an En Suite Bathroom featuring a bathtub/shower combination that is perfect for the kids.
