This villa is located only 500 metres from the village of Marina della Lobra which offers typical bars and restaurants. Sorrento is more touristy and offers excellent ice cream parlours. Positano offers nightlife and shopping.

This villa features three panoramic terraces with amazing views of the sea and the Island of Capri and direct access to the sea! The first terrace has a table, chairs, and a sun umbrella. The second terrace has a table and three deck chairs. The third terrace has a table and chairs. 12 steps lead down to a public beach access area where you will have the use of two sun loungers and four deck chairs.

- Ground Floor (10 steps from the villa entrance): There is a living room with a queen size sofa bed, chairs, television, and a dining table for 10 people. The room has air conditioning/heating and French doors leading to the first terrace. There is a kitchen with a five-burner gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tea kettle, and coffee maker. There is a guest bathroom with a toilet and sink.

- Lower Floor 1 (15 steps down): The first bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning/heating, and access to the second terrace. There is a bathroom with toilet, sink, bidet, bathtub with wall shower, and hairdryer. The second bedroom has a double bed, television, air conditioning/heating, and access to the second terrace. There is a bathroom with toilet, sink, bidet, bathtub with wall shower, and hairdryer.

- Lower Floor 2 (15 steps down): The third bedroom has two twin beds, air conditioning/heating, and access to the third terrace. There is a bathroom with toilet, sink, bidet, shower, and hairdryer. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds, a television, air conditioning/heating, and access to the third terrace. There is a bathroom with toilet, sink, bidet, shower, and hairdryer.
