Imagine a lovely vacation home a mere 2 blocks to the beach. Boasting a private saltwater pool, as well as great shopping and dining nearby. This four-bedroom, two-bathroom lovely home enjoys a covered lanai offers a great pool space with a grill, alfresco dining, and hammock.Close to the pool is a waterfall as well as an outdoor shower.
The main living area os comfortably furnished with a 58” TV and sound bar. Two sofas and a recliner provide comfy seating. Whip up tasty meals in the well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. With the leaf, the table can comfortably fit eight and the granite island adds another four.
Find quiet privacy in the primary suite, featuring a comfortable king bed, a walk-in closet, 47” TV, along with direct access to the lanai. In the second bedroom, you’ll find a queen bed and a 32” TV, while the third bedroom contains two twin beds. A guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom doubles as an office and provides a sleeper sofa, leather chair, and ottoman. Select a book off the shelf for some light reading, or plan your day’s activities at the office nook -- outfitted with a large monitor.
