Set high up on the hillside of Gustavia, the island’s capital, this vacation home offers up some of the best sunset and harbor views of all our St. Barts villas. It’s nestled on a six-acre private estate called Soleil Couchant, where you’ll be sure to enjoy the atmosphere of exclusivity—there are only four villas total on the property. St. Barts is known for its beach culture, celebrity spotting and world-class restaurants.

Indulge in a day of relaxing under the warm sun. The villa’s multi-level deck is stocked with lounge chairs and outdoor furniture—even covered terraces and sun umbrellas if you prefer to stay in the shade. If you grow too warm, go for a dip in the swimming pool, surrounded by lush, tropical greenery and boasting views of the sea. The home’s included daily housekeeping (except Sundays and holidays) helps keep things tidy.

Inside, you’ll find simple, but elegant decor, thanks to interior work done by an Italian designer. The living room opens up to the terrace and features plush seating and contemporary accent pieces. Create a home-cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen—it’s stocked with stainless steel appliances and extras like an espresso machine and a dishwasher.

Up to eight guests can be accommodated in the villa’s four bedrooms, they each offer access to the outdoors. Three of the suites include air conditioning, ceiling fans, safes and en-suite bathrooms with showers, while the last bedroom offers a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower, as well as an outdoor hot tub, television and DVD player.

Thanks to the villa’s central location, you’ll be near the heart of the action. The city of Gustavia’s top-notch restaurants and designer boutiques are just a short walk away. Meanwhile, you’re also close to two beaches: Shell Beach (within walking distance) and Gouverneur, just a few minutes by car.
