Nestled in the quiet hillside of Deve, this brand new home overlooks the ocean and Toiny Bay and is one of our most stylish St. Barts vacation rentals. You will fall in love with the unspoiled tropical island of St Barts with its relaxed atmosphere and abundance of beautiful sandy beaches. It’s also home to excellent boutique shopping and some of the Caribbean’s finest restaurants.

The modern back patio offers plenty of spots to soak in some rays—whether you choose one of the cushioned lounge chairs or double-sized sunbeds. They surround the infinity-edge pool that spans the length of the deck and lights up for nighttime swims. Fire up the barbecue for an alfresco meal and serve it on the outdoor dining table that has seating for eight. A daily housekeeping service (except for Sundays and holidays) is an added bonus.

From the patio, you can step into the villa’s open-concept living room. This space is stylish with modern furnishings, chic wallpaper (including an image of a pink dog) and funky light fixtures. It flows into the sleek, well-equipped kitchen, where you’ll find all the appliances you need to craft an island-inspired meal. There’s also offers an espresso machine for early morning caffeine fixes.

The villa’s four air-conditioned bedrooms can accommodate up to eight guests (children of all ages are welcome here), and each suite includes a queen-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower and a television with a DVD player. Three bedrooms feature ocean views, and two are located in separate bungalows (one is more suitable for staff members or teenagers).

When you’re ready for some surf and sand, the nearest beach is Lorient—a reef-protected spot with calm waters that are perfect for swimming. You’ll find diverse restaurants, boutiques and gift shops in the island’s capital, Gustavia, 8.1 km from the villa.
