Villa Roxanne St Barts. An estate-like property right at the mouth of Gustavia Harbor in St. Barts, the stunning Villa Roxanne offers the best of all possible worlds. In a premium, garden setting tucked along the edge of the sea, this expansive villa offers luxury amenities and a remarkable level of privacy but is also minutes from the charms of town. Gustavia has long been known for its shops, restaurants and beaches, and this six-bedroom gem is but moments from town.
It is a masterpiece of modern design and yet is also remarkably welcoming. The focal point of the property is the seaside terrace that features an enormous infinity-edge pool with wooden sun deck. This steps up to the stone terrace where a lap pool divides some of the shared living spaces. The villa is a collection of buildings with two lower pavilions in the front and a two-story structure at the rear.
The two pavilions are where the outdoor living room and al fresco dining room are found and as you step through the enormous glass doors you enter the stunningly simple but contemporary great room. A white and stone palette creates a wonderfully airy setting in which a formal living room, breakfast bar and fully-equipped gourmet kitchen are found. Step through to the rear garden and you enter the gorgeous central hall of the bedroom wing of the property.
Adjacent to the main villa is a single pavilion that houses the master suite and another king suite. The master suite looks out to the views and opens to a private terrace. The other suite opens to the rear gardens. The remaining suites are on upper or lower floors of the bedroom wing and feature sea and interior patio views, king or dual twin beds, and all the bedrooms feature premium entertainment systems and large, private baths.
