About this home
Enjoy panoramic ocean views and a beach within walking distance at Marigot Bay. Set on a hill above Marigot Beach, the two-bedroom villa is also within a short drive from several other beaches, downtown Gustavia and the airport. Its charming architecture and layout around a veranda and infinity pool make it easy to take advantage of the warm breezes and beautiful views.
Sliding doors in almost every room open to a veranda that runs the length of the villa and overlooks the bay. Take your morning coffee in a chair on the veranda, have a nap in one of the chaise longues, eat lunch at the outdoor dining area, and spend the afternoon at the beach or in the villa’s infinity pool. Satellite television, a DVD player, an iPod dock and Wi-Fi access will keep you entertained, and ceiling fans and air-conditioned bedrooms ensure a comfortable stay.
The pretty, traditional peaked roof and white trim on the exterior of Marigot Bay are echoed on the interior by vaulted ceilings and crisp white beadboard walls. Louvered shutters and dark wood floors are further charming touches, while sliding glass and barn doors that lead to the veranda feel a bit more modern. The living room’s white slipper sofa and contemporary armchair have space for everyone, and likewise, the dining table seats six.

It’s also easy to reach Lorient Beach, just over 1.2 km from the villa, Petit Cul de Sac Beach, 2.6 km away, Nikki Beach, 4.2 km away, St. Jean Beach and Saline Beach, both about 4.8 km away, and Gouverneur Beach, 8.2 km away. Take an evening to stroll downtown Gustavia, a 6.4 km drive from the villa, and when it’s time to leave, Gustaf III Airport is 4.2 km away by car.
