About this home
This private villa in the exclusive community of Roc Flamands, offers some of the best sunrise views of all our St. Barts villas. The island of St. Barts, with its perpetual sunshine, attracts affluent visitors from around the world thanks to unspoiled, white sandy beaches, top-notch restaurants and upscale, designer boutiques.
Seamlessly blending into the lush tropical hillside, this home includes two landscaped terraces. The upper deck offers a large heated pool and sundeck with lounge chairs in the back, while the front includes comfortable furnishings to take in ocean and island views. On the lower deck you’ll find a hot tub, the perfect spot for a romantic evening under the stars.
The serene interior of this recently refreshed villa features mostly white and neutral tones and furnishings, with island artwork found throughout. The main living space opens up to the terrace and boasts high ceilings, ocean views, and two large couches and a flatscreen television. A fully equipped kitchen is just around the corner and it includes an espresso machine for afternoon pick-me-ups.
Ideal for a family or friends getaway spot, this home features three bedrooms all under the same roof with a fourth located in an independent studio. The three bedrooms in the main home each include queen-sized beds that can be split into two twins, air-conditioning and garden or ocean views. Two of the three bedrooms share a bathroom while the third offers a private en-suite. The fourth bedroom also features a queen bed and has a private en-suite.
