About this home
This modern home is set on the highly desirable Alphane Estate ( in the “Mont Jean” quarter of St. Barts. Overlooking Marigot Bay and Turtle Island, Alphane Villa is a rare 1-bedroom option at our villas in St. Barts.
Indulge in an afternoon of lounging by the infinity-edge pool, or under the shade of the covered patio. If you get warm, go for a swim while taking in the ocean views. Enjoy the extras that come with a stay here, including a welcome basket, Wi-Fi access, satellite television and DVD player as well as daily housekeeping except on Sundays and holidays.
The interior has been completely renovated with Caribbean architecture blending seamlessly with contemporary furnishings in neutral tones and exotic wood accents. The open kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and an island built for two. Cook up a more casual meal on the gas grill then dine alfresco on the terrace.
The villa’s king-size bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and “his” and “her” double sinks. The bedroom opens directly onto the deck and ocean views, with two walls of windows. If you need to accommodate more than two guests, this villa can be rented along with its four-bedroom sister villa, Arrowmarine ( located just below the home.
