Boasting the most amazing views of the bay at Flamands and its wonderful location in the Colombier area of St. Barts, This six-bedroom masterpiece of modern architecture and design, enjoys luxurious amenities over several different floors and terraces. The lower terrace is where your stone plunge pool/Jacuzzi and wooden terrace guarantee amazing sunrise and sunset views as well as the perfect spot to do a bit of star gazing or a moonlight dip. The next level features the infinity pool terrace, also with a stone surround and wooden deck, and here you can savor hours of casual relaxation and rejuvenation. This is due to the fully furnished sun deck as well as the outdoor lounge and al fresco dining rooms tucked beneath the cool shade of the large portico. The vast floor to ceiling door creates an open-to-the-setting atmosphere, and you’ll appreciate this as you sit at the breakfast bar or work in your top of the line, gourmet kitchen. Open to the terrace, this space allows you to make meals, drinks or snacks and all without missing one sea breeze or moment of the ever-changing scenery. The outdoor feel to the property is found at every level, with glassed in gardens framing mature palms that sway high above the rooftops, though which also have their “feet” planted firmly inside of the villa! Naturally, the bedrooms are also meant to be places of quiet retreat and each has been positioned to offer optimal privacy along with scenery. The master suite is a king suite with amazing ocean views and a large ensuite bath. There is a second king suite, also with sea views and ensuite bath. There are three further king suites on the lower level with ocean views, and a dual single suite with bath and ocean views.
