This unique, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom private vacation villa offers seclusion with its own private pool and excellent sea and golf course views, While you will enjoy the privacy you are just minutes away from bustling Rodney Bay.
Boasting a local charming and an understated elegance nestled in the hill directly over Cap Estate’s world class 18-hole golf course and offering views over Reduit Beach and Pigeon Island. A boardwalk entrance leads directly out onto a beautiful, open living space with contemporary, casual Caribbean furnishings, which further extends to a galley veranda equipped with planters chairs and dining table for al fresco dining. There is a full, modern kitchen with 6 hob gas burner on the same level.
On the main level you will find 2 beautifully appointed air conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and glass sliding doors that will lead to the pool deck and sparkling 10ft by 16 ft pool. Guests can enjoy a cooling dip and later relax on the lounge chairs set within your landscaped garden.
Housekeeper/cook – Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9am – 3pm (check details with out Emerald Kite villa specialist who can also arrange a wide array of services including private dining and poolside massage.
