Upon arrival, you will be greeted with sweeping views of the beach, Buck Island, and a peekaboo view of St. Croix. Whether you're interested in snorkeling, fine dining, or enjoying fish tacos and beer by the water, this large 3-bedroom, 3-bath unit, located in a private owner community nestled between the Ritz Carlton and the Elysian, offers the perfect retreat. It's just a short ride to Red Hook and American Yacht Harbor, where you can dine or meet your captain for a day sail/charter. You can walk down to the beach and take advantage of the complimentary lounge chairs and palapa, rent snorkel gear and watercraft, savor casual food and drinks at Sangria's, indulge in fine dining at the Caribbean Fish Market, and enjoy the members-only swimming pool. We have a big toy box on the deck filled with water toys for the kids and the young at heart. You can also take a day trip to St. John or make a quick visit to Secret Harbor or Sapphire Beach; the options are endless on St. Thomas. This residence is spread over 2 levels, with the condo situated on the 2nd floor. The main floor features two queen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a kitchen, a laundry room (with a full-size washer/dryer), a family room, and a patio. The spacious primary queen (soon to be king) suite is located upstairs, complete with its own bathroom, walk-in closet, and private patio. The luxury condo is approximately 250 steps away from the beach. The property is located just minutes away from the conveniences of Red Hook, including shopping, bars, restaurants, the Ferry to St. John, the postal service, and a medical center.
