About this home
The panoramic and beautiful views of majestic St Thomas harbor could quite simply not be any better! This villa enjoys a much sought after vantage point with majestic views both during the sunny days and after sunset.
This gorgeous villa comprises boasts an incredible 6000 square foot of open living space with expansive outdoor patios and gathering areas. The custom swimming pool expands the entire front of the villa and measures approximately 75 feet (25 meters- much larger then many private pools on the island.
The open plan living spaces enjoy a flat screen LCD TV’s in the great room and in the master bedroom with satellite programming as well as DVD players, and Ipod music sound system and zoned speakers. WiFi internet is available throughout the property. The fitness/game room has a Body Solid universal machine, dumbbells and a bench, stepper, and elliptical machine; For apres pool and beach fun why not set up a game of billiards or table tennis.
The great room seamlessly blends with the spacious modern kitchen which is fully equipped with stainless appliances, a center cooking island and hood that leads to the main dining room on one side and the comfortable living room on the other side. Al fresco cooking and dining is just outside ion the villas covered lanai.
Sleeping accommodations include a designer master bedroom and bath with study on the second level: king luxury bed, a queen size sleeper divan, desk, and amazing views. On the main level in the west wing, two guest rooms are en suite, with queen beds and great views; direct access to pool deck. Fourth bedroom is furnished with two trundle beds and bathroom adjacent.
