About this home
Renovated in Fall 2022. This spacious 3-bedroom condo offers nearly 1,500 sq. ft. of living spanning two levels. Located just three blocks from Gondola Square, and steps away from the shuttle, you are in a perfect spot to enjoy all that Steamboat Springs has to offer. This is the home base for families, friends and groups to gather while still having privacy (private bedrooms/ baths upstairs and down).
The unit features recently remodeled bathrooms, new lighting, heating, and ceiling fans, and a brand new in-unit laundry room. The vaulted ceilings and skylights offer an abundance of natural light.
The first floor has an open kitchen layout with all of the amenities you need to feel at home, including granite counter tops and a breakfast bar. The master bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor, while the living area has a gas fireplace and cozy furnishings. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private patio with direct views of the mountain and gondola. This condo offers flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, and board games for your enjoyment.
There are two bedrooms located upstairs, with a second full bathroom to serve guests in both bedrooms. The first upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, while the second offers a full over full bunk bed and a trundle.
Timber Run amenities include an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, a barbecue area with picnic tables, tennis courts, private ski storage for each condo, and complimentary shuttle services during the winter to take guests to the ski area, shopping, dining, and other area activities. This condo has parking available for up to two vehicles.
