Indulge in the perfect combination of two adjacent homes, accommodating up to 17 guests. These newly built residences boast abundant light, modern amenities, stylish furnishings, and boast spectacular rooftop decks with private hot tubs and firepits.
The second level serves as the focal point for gatherings, featuring spacious main living areas with gas fireplaces and gourmet kitchens adorned with top-notch appliances and expansive islands.
With matching layouts, each home encompasses four bedrooms. On the third level, Kingdom House presents a primary king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a queen bedroom sharing a bathroom with the twin-over-queen bunkroom. Simultaneously, Borough House hosts its primary king suite alongside two entertaining twin-over-twin bunkrooms sharing a jack-and-jill bath, one with an extra twin trundle. The fourth bedroom in both homes is a queen on the walk-in lower level, just off the front entry.
